01 / What We Do

One system, done properly,on floors that take a beating.

01

Epoxy Garage Floors

Full grind, crack repair, epoxy, flake and polyaspartic. A floor you can park a hot tire on, spill oil on, and hose clean in five minutes.

02

Utility & Laundry Rooms

The same system scaled to smaller spaces that take just as much abuse, and a quicker job than a full garage.

03

Garage Floor Cleaning

Recurring maintenance that gets the road salt and brine off before it pits your concrete or dulls your coating.

02 / The System

Why Our FloorsDon't Peel

Most epoxy floors fail for the same three reasons. Every step below exists because leaving it out is how that happens.

01Diamond grind
02Chip & crack repair
  1. 01

    We grind the concrete

Diamond grinding opens the slab so the epoxy keys into it. Acid etching, the shortcut, doesn't do this properly. If a quote doesn't mention grinding, that's the corner being cut.

  2. 02

We repair every chip and crack

Filled and levelled before anything is poured. Coating over a damaged slab just gives you a shiny damaged slab.

  3. 03

100% solids epoxy with a moisture vapor barrier

The whole coat stays on the floor as it cures instead of evaporating to a thin film, and the barrier stops water rising through the concrete and pushing the coating off from underneath.

  4. 04

    Vinyl flake, broadcast to refusal

Grip, color and texture. We broadcast until the surface won't take any more, which is what gives an even finish rather than a patchy one.

  5. 05

    Polyaspartic topcoat

Squeegeed and back-rolled over the whole floor. This is the layer that takes the tires, the salt and the dropped tools. Plenty of installers stop before this and call it done.

The cheapest quoteis usually the mostexpensive one.

A single-coat, acid-etched floor can come in at half the price. It also fails early, and then the failed coating has to be ground off before anything new goes down. You end up buying two floors.

Estimated range

$3,450 to $4,300

Based on about 576 sq ft

This is an estimate, not a quote. Prep is most of the labor, so what we find when we grind the slab moves the price more than anything else does. Call us and we will walk your garage and give you a firm number.

04 / Before & After

Same Slab.Different Floor.

Drag the handle across a floor to see what the grind, the epoxy and the topcoat actually change.

An empty garage with bare concrete before installation The same garage with the finished flake floor Before After
Bare, taped-off concrete in a utility room before the floor was installed The same utility room with the finished flake floor Before After
Bare concrete around a furnace and floor drain before installation The same room with the finished flake floor and coved base Before After
A garage with the coved flake base installed and the concrete floor still bare The same garage with the finished flake floor Before After

“It completely transformedthe look of my garage”

I couldn’t be happier with the epoxy work on my garage floor! The entire process was professional, clean, and the finished floor looks absolutely amazing. The quality and attention to detail really show. It completely transformed the look of my garage and the floor is durable, easy to clean, and looks like a professional showroom. Isaac was awesome to work with.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their garage floor. Great work from start to finish!

I know Isaac, the owner, personally, so I’ll say that up front. He is the hardest-working and smartest person I know, and that is exactly how he runs this company. He does the job the right way and holds himself to a high standard every time. If you want your floor done properly by someone who genuinely cares how it turns out, call Isaac.
